In Tuscaloosa, the busiest days for florists are Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and the weeks before prom and Christmas, when prices rise and delivery windows fill up, so order several days ahead. Across Alabama, delivery fees depend on distance, and hospitals and funeral homes have their own drop-off hours. For a wedding, book a consultation six to twelve months out and bring photos and a budget; for sympathy flowers, the shop can deliver straight to the funeral home if you give the service time. Tuscaloosa is in Alabama, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Tuscaloosa is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Alabama's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

This place should CLOSE!!! We ordered flowers through 1-800-Flowers for my Mother in law and canβt believe what she received. The flowers were all dead and bent with the gaudiest bow Iβve ever seen. Clearly no one at this florist knows how to do any kind of floral arranging. Worst ever! Photo of what we orders and what was delivered. This store should be embarrassed!

My daughter order flowers through Telafloral and they picked this florist. The arrangement arrived with dead flowers and the vase was hot like it had been sitting in the delivery vehicle for hours. They didnβt last more than three days. This was a waste of money and have never used them before and never would with this experience. Picture attached.

My boyfriend sent these to me for Valentineβs Day. They are the saddest flowers Iβve ever seen. These are not florist material. These are the same flowers he could have bought at Winn Dixie. They were already dying on delivery and I am trashing them today. Their card says to please contact them with any issues. I tried to call them the day of delivery. I texted them and emailed them. Not one response. Buyer Beware! Do not use them!!

My Sorority sister sent me flowers on a Saturday and was told that this vendor had delivered them to me. No, they did not. She called on Sunday, the flower distribution apologized and she called again on Monday. They called me to apologize and tell me that the delivery would be here the next day. I was given a call to verify how to get the flowers to me-I say this because they had time to put another set together. Without any kind of shame, they delivered this OLD, broken stemmed, awful looking vase of random flowers to my door. You would think that if they lied about delivering a product, they would at least deliver fresh flowers. This place is awful! I have pictures to prove it. GO THROUGH PUBLIX instead!

I ordered flowers for my mom for Valentines Day since my dad has gone to Heaven and canβt send them. The first picture is the one that I chose online, and the second picture is what my mom received. The price of the arrangement was $74.99, plus service charge and tax. I purposefully chose it for the Lillies, Gerber daisies, the color pink and that it didnβt have carnations. You can see that the arrangement that was sent had zero Lillies and Gerber daisies and had carnations. The size and fullness is ridiculous compared to what was ordered. If the flowers ordered were not available due to supply and the holiday, thatβs fineβ¦ calling to let me know would have been the professional thing to do. I ordered through 1800 Flowers, and I guess they use local florists to fulfill their orders sometimes. My brother also used 1800 Flowers and Stephanieβs created his arrangement, which was beautiful. If thereβs a way to choose who locally will create the arrangement I will not choose My Darling Rose. Before placing this rating I wanted to given them a chance to talk about this. I started calling on Feb. 14th and just tried again before typing this on Feb 21st and each time I have called no one a
